Terms of Service
Last updated: 26 September 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and SARVA ("Sarva", "we", "us"), Delhi, India, and govern your use of the Sarva website, tools and related services (the "Service"). Our Privacy Policy and Refund, Cancellation & Delivery Policy form part of these Terms. By creating an account, buying a plan, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Sarva provides online tools to view, edit, convert, compress and summarise files and content. Some tools run entirely in your browser; others upload your file to our servers to perform the operation you request. We may add, change, suspend or remove features at any time. We will give reasonable notice before removing a feature that is part of a paid plan you currently hold.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract under the law that applies to you. If you use the Service for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf, and "you" includes that organisation.
3. Accounts
Some features need an account, created with an email address and password or through a sign-in provider such as Google. Give accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for everything done through your account. Tell us at once at support.sarvaeditor@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised use. We may send you emails about your account, security and billing; these are part of the Service and are not marketing.
4. Plans, payments and renewal
- Free and Premium. The Service has a free plan and paid Premium plans, each with the limits shown on the pricing page. All plans are subject to fair-use rate limits.
- Price. The price, currency and billing period are shown before you pay. Prices include any taxes we are required to charge. Your bank may add its own charges, such as foreign-exchange fees.
- Automatic renewal. Premium is billed in advance and renews automatically at the end of each period, charging the payment method you authorised, until you cancel. As Reserve Bank of India rules require, your bank or card issuer may notify you before each renewal and may ask you to approve it.
- Payment processing. Payments are processed by Razorpay under its own terms. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
- Cancelling. You can cancel at any time from your account page. You keep Premium until the end of the period you have paid for; no further payments are taken after you cancel.
- Refunds. Payments are non-refundable except for charges made in error, as set out in our Refund, Cancellation & Delivery Policy.
- Price changes. We may change prices. A new price applies to you only from your next renewal, and only after we have told you by email at least 30 days in advance, so you can cancel before it takes effect.
- Failed payments and chargebacks. If a renewal fails, your account may return to the free plan. If you believe a charge is wrong, contact us first; we fix genuine errors quickly. We may suspend Premium while a chargeback we believe to be unfounded is resolved.
5. Your content
You keep all rights in the files and content you submit ("Your Content"). You give us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to host, copy, process and transmit Your Content only as needed to provide the operations you ask for (including sending AI-feature input to the AI providers named in our Privacy Policy) and for no other purpose. This permission ends when Your Content is deleted.
You confirm you have every right needed to submit Your Content and that processing it will not break any law or anyone else's rights. Files are deleted automatically (see the Privacy Policy), and the Service is not a storage or backup service: keep your own copies.
6. What you must not do
You must not upload, process, share or use the Service for any content or activity that:
- belongs to another person and to which you have no right;
- is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, invasive of another's privacy (including bodily privacy), insulting or harassing on the basis of gender, racially or ethnically objectionable, relates to or encourages money laundering or gambling, or is otherwise unlawful;
- is harmful to children;
- infringes any patent, trademark, copyright or other proprietary right;
- deceives or misleads about its origin, or knowingly and intentionally communicates misinformation or information that is patently false or untrue;
- impersonates another person;
- threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order; incites any offence; or prevents the investigation of any offence;
- contains a virus, malware or any other code designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer resource;
- violates any law currently in force.
You also must not:
- attempt to bypass, probe or disable rate limits, upload limits, authentication or other security controls;
- overload the Service, or access it by scripts or bots except through features we provide for that purpose;
- access another user's files or account;
- resell the Service, or copy it to build a competing product;
- reverse-engineer the Service except where the law expressly allows it.
If you break this section we may remove the content, suspend or end your access, and, where the law requires, report it to the appropriate authorities.
7. Reporting content and grievances
If you believe content processed through the Service infringes your rights or breaks section 6, or you have any complaint about the Service, contact our Grievance Officer, Anmol Rajput, at support.sarvaeditor@gmail.com. Say what the content is, where it is, and why you object. We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 15 days. We act on valid orders from a court or an authorised government agency within the time the law sets.
8. AI features
AI-generated summaries, transcripts and other output may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, and may not reflect the source faithfully. Output is provided for convenience only and is not legal, medical, financial or other professional advice. Check anything important yourself before relying on it. You are responsible for how you use the output.
9. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties such as payment processors, sign-in providers, AI providers and YouTube. Their services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them. Using a YouTube link does not give you any right in that video.
10. Our rights
The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics and the Sarva name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service in line with these Terms. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them freely without owing you anything.
11. Suspension and ending the agreement
You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from your account page. We may suspend or end your access, with notice where reasonable, if you break these Terms, if we must to comply with the law, or to protect the Service or other users. If we end a paid plan without cause, we will refund the unused part of the current period. If we end it because you broke these Terms, no refund is due. Sections that by their nature should survive (including 5, 8, 10, 12, 13, 14 and 16) survive after the agreement ends.
12. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement. We do not promise that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that any conversion or edit will preserve your file perfectly. Always keep a backup before editing an important file.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows: (a) we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity; and (b) our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or ₹1,000.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud, or any right you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.
14. Indemnity
You agree to compensate us for any claim, loss, liability or reasonable expense (including legal fees) arising from Your Content, your breach of these Terms, or your breach of any law or anyone else's rights.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service or the law changes, and will change the date at the top of this page when we do. We will tell you about material changes by email or a notice on the Service at least 15 days before they take effect, unless a change is required sooner by law or for security. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms; if you do not accept them, stop using the Service and cancel any paid plan.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Before starting any formal proceedings, please contact us at support.sarvaeditor@gmail.com so we can try to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days. Subject to that, the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service. Nothing here removes any right you have to bring a claim in the courts, or before the consumer forum, of the place where you live.
17. General
- Entire agreement. These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund, Cancellation & Delivery Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service.
- Severability. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.

- Assignment. You may not transfer these Terms. We may transfer them as part of a reorganisation or sale of the Service, and will tell you if we do.
- Force majeure. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as outages of hosting or payment providers, natural disasters or government action.
- Notices. We send notices to the email address on your account; you can reach us at support.sarvaeditor@gmail.com.
